Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
Optimize website structure, content, metadata, blogs, and landing pages for improved performance and conversions.
Monitor, analyze, and report SEO metrics to ensure consistent growth in organic traffic.
2. Lead Generation
Design and manage lead generation campaigns through both organic and paid channels.
Develop and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and lead capture forms.
Identify and target key audience segments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective lead magnets, CTAs, and campaigns.
3. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Media Ads)
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads
(Search, Display, Remarketing) and
Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram).
Manage ad budgets strategically to achieve maximum ROI and minimize CPA.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance.
Track and analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
4. Reporting & Insights
Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, and other KPIs.
Provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve ongoing campaigns and future strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in
SEO, Lead Generation, and Paid Ads
.
Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads

Facebook Ads Manager
, and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
.
Strong understanding of keyword targeting, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
