The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, backlink outreach, managing social media pages, email marketing campaigns, and contributing to content planning and lead generation activities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, internal linking, URL structure, etc.).
Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building, backlink outreach, and citation building.
Monitor and improve website rankings and organic traffic using SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly.
Identify and reach out to relevant websites for high-quality backlink opportunities.
Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for guest posting, link placements, and collaborations.
Generate creative content ideas for social media, blog posts, and email campaigns.
Use tools like Canva for designing engaging visuals and banners for digital platforms.
Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better open and click-through rates.
Manage and schedule posts across company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Engage with the audience and increase brand visibility through organic strategies.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Required Skills:
Proven SEO experience (on-page & off-page) with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and SEO best practices.
Experience in backlink outreach and email marketing tools (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with Canva and basic design skills.
Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.
Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Certification in SEO, Digital Marketing is a plus.
