About the Role: SEO & eCommerce Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven and growth-focused

SEO & eCommerce Specialist

to manage and optimize our online presence, drive traffic, and increase sales conversions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

search engine optimization (SEO)

,

digital merchandising

,

online product management

, and

conversion optimization

.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Plan and execute

on-page and off-page SEO strategies

to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits. Optimize website structure, product pages, and metadata for better visibility. Manage link-building campaigns and content optimization. Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

eCommerce Management:

Manage product listings, pricing, and catalog updates across platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.). Ensure all product content is optimized for SEO and conversions. Monitor inventory, sales trends, and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams for promotions and campaigns. Improve checkout processes, UX, and conversion rates through A/B testing.

Digital Marketing & Growth:

Collaborate on paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to complement SEO strategy. Develop content plans aligned with SEO and sales goals. Stay updated with the latest trends in eCommerce, SEO, and digital analytics.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

SEO tools

(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz). Experience with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console

. Understanding of

Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento

platforms. Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and basic web development

for SEO troubleshooting. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Strong communication and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Certification in Google Analytics / Google Ads / SEO specialization.

Prior experience in a B2C or D2C eCommerce company is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings. Increase in conversion rate and average order value. Reduction in cart abandonment rate. Improved ROI from SEO and content initiatives.
