Position: SEO + Digital Marketing Specialist (6 months to 1 year experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Fresher SEO + Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Fresher SEO + Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing various digital marketing strategies to improve our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for website optimization Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, to improve organic search rankings Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search engine visibility Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute SEO-friendly content strategies Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and paid advertising Monitor and manage social media accounts to engage with the audience and drive brand awareness Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated with industry trends Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.) is a plus We offer a competitive salary, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
