Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

SEO, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and social media marketing

. You should be able to work independently, manage campaigns end-to-end, and deliver measurable results.

Must have

at least 2 years of proper experience

in SEO.

Must be able to deliver results independently.

Must have excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

Salary: Rs 10K to Rs 15K per month, depending on experience and proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO and SEM:

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies. Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings. Use tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush

to monitor performance. Develop and manage

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaigns. Build and execute link-building strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

, etc. Create engaging content and ensure consistent posting and community engagement. Monitor social media trends and create audience-relevant campaigns.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement

digital marketing strategies

to boost brand visibility and online traffic. Create content for blogs, email campaigns, websites, and social media. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Content Creation:

Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites..

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and report on key performance metrics across SEO, SEM, and social channels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM). Proficient in

Google Ads

Meta Ads

, and

SEO tools

. Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
