Key Responsibilities SEO Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and build SEO-driven content strategies.
Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, URLs, headings, internal links).
Improve website authority through off-page SEO, link-building, and outreach.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers.
Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Monitor competitor strategies and update optimization plans.
Ensure continuous improvement in organic ranking and conversions.
Content Strategy Responsibilities
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with SEO goals.
Plan, structure, and guide content for blogs, landing pages, and campaigns.
Work with designers/writers to create high-quality content.
Maintain brand tone, messaging, and audience targeting.
Ideate content for social media, website, and marketing materials.
Analyze content performance and optimize for better engagement.
Requirements
3-5 years of combined experience in SEO and content strategy.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and content frameworks.
Experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GA, GSC.
Ability to write or guide well-structured, SEO-optimized content.
Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
