Job Overview:

Digitex Web IT Solutions is looking for a

results-driven SEO / Digital Marketing Executive

to lead and execute our SEO initiatives while driving sustainable organic growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have

strong technical SEO expertise, analytical skills, and experience managing SEO strategies and teams

, with a proven ability to improve search engine visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize website performance across all major search engines with a strong focus on

technical SEO

Lead, mentor, and guide the SEO team to achieve measurable growth in

organic traffic, rankings, and conversions

Use SEO tools such as

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog

to track performance and identify growth opportunities Optimize website copy, content, and landing pages for

SEO and SEM

Conduct

competitor analysis

and develop strategies for

authority link building and backlink acquisition

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute

content marketing strategies

aligned with the latest

Google algorithm updates

Create and maintain detailed

SEO performance reports

, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders Stay up to date with the latest trends in

SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google algorithm changes

Handle

Google PPC campaigns

, including Search, Display, and related campaign types Perform

landing page UX analysis and CRO optimization

, including understanding user journeys for

non-e-commerce clients

Prior experience in

E-commerce SEO

will be a strong advantage

Required Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline

2-4 years of proven experience

in SEO and digital marketing, including

team handling

Strong understanding of

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Hands-on experience with leading SEO and analytics tools Experience managing

PPC campaigns

and supporting SEM strategies Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

Kolkata-based candidates preferred
