SEO Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page elements: meta tags, headings, URLs, structured data, and internal linking.
Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and guest content.
Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
Monitor rankings and organic traffic; produce regular SEO performance reports.
Stay updated with search algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, industry-specific channels).
Run and optimize PPC campaigns to improve quality score and ROI.
Plan and execute content marketing strategies: blog articles, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, videos.
Oversee social media presence and engagement, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant maritime communities.
Manage email marketing campaigns and drip sequences for nurturing leads.
Analyze performance metrics and A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
Coordinate with design, operations, and technical teams to align on messaging and creative assets.
Industry-Specific & Maritime-Focused
Partner with technical subject matter experts to craft compelling, accurate content for clients in marine electronics, navigation, and telecommunications.
Highlight services like satellite and radio communications, automation systems, calibration services, and gas detection solutions.
Communicate the company's global reach, ISO certifications, and reliability in technical campaigns.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, digital marketing or a related field.
1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing, preferably in technical B2B or industrial sectors.
Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience managing PPC and social campaigns with strong analytical skills.
Excellent written communication with the ability to translate technical content into engaging marketing materials.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Previous experience marketing complex technical or engineering products or services.
Understanding of maritime industry terminology and client personas.
