The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that connects with our target audience and helps grow brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Write well-researched, original, and engaging content related to:
- CRM software
- Helpdesk solutions
- Customer relationship management
- SaaS tools and business productivity

- Create different types of content such as:
- Blog posts
- Website pages
- Product descriptions
- Social media posts
- Email campaigns
- Case studies and whitepapers

- Understand products and convert features into clear customer-focused messaging
- Optimize content for SEO using proper keywords and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan content strategies
- Edit and proofread content before publishing
- Conduct competitor and industry research to produce relevant content ideas
- Maintain content calendar and meet deadlines consistently

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Content Writer
- Strong understanding of:
- CRM systems
-SaaS products
- Helpdesk / ticketing tools
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience in writing SEO-optimized content
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
- Good research skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress preferred)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
- Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Skills
- Experience writing for SaaS or technology companies
- Knowledge of tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
