Key Responsibilities Content Writing & Strategy
Content Creation: Write clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized content for websites, applications, social media, and other digital platforms.
Content Planning: Develop and execute content strategies to support brand objectives, enhance visibility, and engage target audiences.
Research: Conduct in-depth research on relevant topics to create well-informed content, ensuring accuracy, originality, and alignment with the latest industry trends.
Keyword Optimization: Utilize keyword research to optimize content for search engines, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Editing & Proofreading: Ensure content quality through self-edits and proofreading to maintain high standards of grammar, punctuation, and brand voice consistency. Social Media Management
Content Strategy for Social Media: Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Profile Management: Oversee and update social media profiles across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), maintaining a cohesive and consistent brand presence.
Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to boost engagement through interaction, storytelling, and community-building on social channels.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to refine social media strategies. Community Management
Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster meaningful connections and a sense of community.
Moderation: Manage and moderate conversations on social media platforms, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and maintaining a positive brand image.
Feedback Management: Collect feedback from the community to gain insights into audience preferences and report findings to the marketing team for strategic planning.
Event Promotion & Live Interactions: Coordinate online events, Q&A sessions, and live interactions to increase brand engagement and community loyalty. Analytics & Optimization
Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools to track social media and content performance, analyzing content effectiveness, engagement levels, and making data-driven improvements.
Campaign Optimization: Leverage feedback from analytics to refine social media campaigns, maximize engagement, and ensure KPI achievement.
Content Management System (CMS) Proficiency: Use CMS tools, such as WordPress, to upload, update, and format website content. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
Content Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to create cohesive campaigns and multimedia content.
Brand Voice & Consistency: Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across all content channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in SEO-driven content writing, social media management, and community engagement. Technical Skills: ₹ Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
Competence with social media and community management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
