Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
Implement and maintain a
robust SEO strategy
across web assets (technical + on-page + off-page)
Perform SEO audits, keyword research, site speed and crawlability analysis
Build and manage
backlink strategies
, collaborating with PR and outreach teams
Ensure full SEO compliance across new content, landing pages, and campaigns
Content Creation & Management
Plan, write, and manage
SEO-optimized blog content
using AI tools and human insight
Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) to enhance content performance
Brainstorm
video content ideas
aligned with search trends and brand voice
Oversee
image creation
for blogs, ads, and social using AI tools like Midjourney, DALLE, etc.
Collaborate with designers or use tools like Canva for light visual content creation
Landing Pages & Web Tools
Build
conversion-focused landing pages
using no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Unbounce, WordPress, etc.)
Optimize landing pages for both user experience and search visibility
Influencer & PR Collaboration
Identify and engage with
relevant influencers
to support SEO and content campaigns
Collaborate with PR professionals to boost brand visibility and acquire high-authority backlinks
Social Media & Trend Tracking
Plan and manage
social media content
calendars across platforms
Stay updated on
social media trends, memes, and viral formats
to amplify organic growth
Use analytics tools to track engagement, traffic, and conversion across channels
Requirements:
Proven experience in
technical SEO
and content marketing
Strong understanding of
AI tools
used in content, SEO, and creative workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in
landing page builders
(Webflow, Wix, Elementor, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO
Basic image and video editing skills or ability to use tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
Up-to-date with
current digital trends
, algorithms, and platform updates
Comfortable with influencer outreach and basic digital PR strategy
A data-driven mindset and a creative flair

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
