Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (SEO) to lead and execute search engine optimization initiatives that enhance organic visibility and support business growth. The role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams while supporting the Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis Monitor and report performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights Coordinate with content, development, and marketing teams Support and guide junior SEO and digital marketing team members

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO Proven experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is preferred
