Website Management

Manage and update our Shopify website (products, collections, banners, blogs, etc.) Ensure smooth website performance and a great user experience Add new content, product listings, and handle basic troubleshooting

SEO & Digital Marketing

Conduct keyword research and optimize website pages for SEO Improve website ranking and drive organic traffic Write or update product descriptions and blogs with SEO-friendly content Track analytics and suggest improvements for website growth

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner Handle order-related queries, returns, and complaints Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction

Skills Required:

Experience with

Shopify

(mandatory) Knowledge of

SEO tools

(Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service or support experience Creative eye for aesthetics and website layout Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing

Bonus Skills (Optional):

Experience with Canva or photo editing tools Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads Content writing or copywriting
