Job Description

This is a permanent full- time position for a specialist in SEO and Social Media. The role is hybrid, with remorte work-from-home options permissible. The Specialist in SEO and Social Media will focus on enhancing website SEO, refining content, overseeing social media channels, crafting and planning posts, evaluating social media metrics and interactions, and organizing marketing strategies. Furthermore, you must manage over 3 plus websites, more than 7 Instagram accounts, and all other social media profiles.

SEO Responsibilities:

Keyword Research:

Identifying and utilizing relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings.

Website Optimization:

Improving website content, structure, and technical aspects to increase organic traffic and user experience.

Content Strategy:

Developing and executing content plans to satisfy user queries and align with marketing goals.

Link Building:

Creating strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and manage toxic links.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyzing website data and search engine performance to refine strategies.

Social Media Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Publishing:

Creating engaging content and publishing it across various social media platforms.

Audience Engagement:

Building brand awareness and interacting with the online community.

Platform Management:

Understanding and utilizing different social media platforms to their full potential.

Analytics:

Monitoring and analyzing social media campaign performance and audience engagement.
Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree:

A degree in marketing, communications, business, or IT is often preferred by employers.

Hands-On Experience:

Practical experience in SEO, PPC, and social media is crucial.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects can be a significant asset.
