We are looking for a results-driven SEO & PPC Specialist with 5-15 years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth and managing high-performing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, and proven expertise in paid advertising platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
Manage and scale PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits
Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve CTR, ROI, and conversions
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads dashboards
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and paid media best practices
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to drive growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-15 years of proven experience in SEO and PPC
Strong expertise in Google Ads, keyword bidding, and campaign optimization
Solid understanding of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Experience with analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization
Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferred
