We're looking for a skilled

SEO and Marketing Specialist

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts analytical and creative--comfortable with SEO tools and strategy, but also strong in writing, content creation, and ideation.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

Manage on-page and off-page SEO for client websites Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits Optimize content and metadata for improved search performance Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs Provide monthly SEO reports and recommendations Manage google business profile for clients

Content & Copywriting

Write blogs, website content, email copy, and social media captions Create persuasive copy for sales decks, ads, and marketing materials Collaborate with designers to write copy for graphics and videos Ensure all content aligns with client tone and SEO best practices Develop social media strategy to grow followers and engagement rates Manage google reviews in a professional and brand-aligned tone Answer comments and messages on social media

Social Media & Campaign Support

Schedule and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Help ideate and conceptualize static and video content Monitor engagement and assist in optimizing posting strategies

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content marketing Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) Excellent writing and editing skills Experience with growing followers and engagement on social media platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creative mindset and strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms Basic understanding of Canva or Adobe tools Familiarity with email marketing or paid advertising platforms
