Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

SEO Analyst

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, improving search engine rankings, and driving traffic to client and in-house websites. You will also be expected to analyze

social media performance data across all platforms

, prepare insightful reports, and develop strategies based on analytical findings.
This role is ideal for freshers with a passion for SEO, data analysis, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities



? Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
? Optimize website content for better search engine rankings and user engagement.

? Manage and execute link-building strategies (e.g., guest posting, directory submissions, blogger outreach).

? Analyze and track SEO performance using tools like

Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs

, etc.

? Stay updated on the latest

SEO and Google algorithm

changes and best practices.
? Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
? Monitor competitor strategies and suggest improvements.
?

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and create performance reports and strategic recommendations.


? Create and deliver

weekly/monthly SEO and social media reports

to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications



?

Bachelor's degree

in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
?

2-3 years of hands-on experience

working with Search Engine Optimization of experience in the Digital Marketing field.
?

Showcase SEO certifications

- Google Search Console Training, Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot SEO, or any relevant courses on Data Analytics or Statistics, etc
? Knowledge of

HTML/CSS, Backend languages and website optimization

is a plus
? Core understanding of

On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques

, tracking

organic traffic

Preferred Skills



? Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads. PPC campaigns are a bonus.
? Team player with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow in the digital marketing field.

? Strong attention to detail, especially in data analysis and reporting.
? Communication skills and a keen willingness to learn.
