SEO Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and creative

SEO Analyst

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content, improving search engine rankings, managing technical SEO, and driving organic traffic growth. You should have strong analytical skills, content writing abilities, and the confidence to communicate with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive

on-page and off-page SEO

audits and optimizations. Execute strategies to improve rankings on Google and other search engines. Conduct

keyword research

, competitor analysis, and backlink audits. Manage and monitor

technical SEO

elements such as site structure, crawlability, page speed, and mobile usability. Track and analyze website performance using

Google Analytics

,

Google Search Console

, and other SEO tools. Create and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly

content

for blogs, landing pages, and website sections. Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices. Handle

client communication

: reporting, strategy updates, performance reviews, and presenting insights. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

. Proficient in tools like

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

, etc. Strong understanding of

HTML, CSS, and website architecture

(not mandatory, but a plus). Excellent

content writing

and editing skills with a focus on SEO. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and

client handling skills

. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts. Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
