Houzeo is an online platform which lets home-owners sell their property by circumventing any traditional intermediaries. The platform enables users to create property listings & upload them to various portals, connect with local real estate professionals, use the provided dashboard to obtain property valuation, compare the value with other properties, avail market analysis reports, fill federal/state disclosures electronically, connect with attorneys/escrow companies, and more. The company earns revenue by offering various monthly packages.
Houzeo is based in Manhattan, New York with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina (US) and Mumbai, India.
Our founder is a finance, real estate, and technology veteran with an ivy-league MBA. We were showcased at the TechCrunch Disrupt Startup Battlefield in New York City.

SEO Analyst

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
? Analyze SEO performance using GA4, GSC, and other tools
? Track keyword movements, traffic trends, and CRO improvements
? Audit competitor strategies and identify content gaps
? Investigate traffic spikes/drops and keyword fluctuations
? Create dashboards, reports, and actionable insights
? Monitor digital trends and optimise for better performance
? Work with teams to improve content clusters and SEO strategy
? Calculate CPL, CPA, CLV, and key marketing metrics

What You Bring
? A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or a strong passion for SEO!) ? Minimum 1-year experience in SEO or digital marketing (Internship counts, yo!)
? Familiarity with tools like GA4, GSC, SEMRush, and ScreamingFrog (We'll train you ) Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for search trends and performance metrics

Nice to Haves
? Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple SEO tasks
? ? Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
? ? Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
? ? Ability to spot trends, derive insights and turn data into action
