About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic SEO Analyst with ~1 year of hands-on experience to join our growth team. This is a hybrid role with formal training and mentorship. You'll work across on-page, technical and analytics-focused SEO tasks and collaborate with content, dev and marketing teams to improve organic visibility and traffic.

Key responsibilities

Perform keyword research and map keywords to content opportunities. Assist with on-page optimization: meta tags, headers, schema, content structure, image alt text. Help run technical SEO audits and follow up on fixes (crawlability, page speed, indexation, hreflang, canonical issues). Monitor rankings, organic traffic and other SEO KPIs; prepare weekly/monthly reports. Support content team with SEO briefs and optimizations; review drafts for SEO best practices. Work with developers to QA and implement SEO changes (basic HTML/CSS familiarity helpful). Track backlinks and assist with outreach/relationship tasks when needed. Keep up with SEO trends and share learnings with the team.
Must-have skills & experience

~1 year of practical SEO experience (agency, in-house or freelance). Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (or equivalent). Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar). Basic understanding of HTML, page speed basics and site architecture. Good analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel / Google Sheets). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on technical tasks. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-have / added advantages

Strong writing or content creation skills (blog posts, copy edits, SEO briefs). Experience with WordPress or other CMS. Exposure to schema/structured data and JSON-LD. Basic familiarity with backlink outreach and PR-style outreach. Any SEO certification or course completion.
