Job Description

As an SEO Analyst at SellerApp, you will play a pivotal role in driving our SEO efforts to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies, optimize website content, and stay updated on the latest SEO trends. This role requires a solid understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques, along with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify content optimization opportunities. Optimize website content, meta descriptions, titles, and structure for on-page SEO. Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices. Perform competitor research using manual approaches and third-party tools to identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze website traffic, search data, and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building, outreach campaigns, and improving backlink profiles. Use third-party SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth. Generate regular performance reports and provide data driven insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, adapting strategies as needed. Conduct regular website audits for both internal projects and prospects, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. Certification in digital marketing or SEO (e.g., Fundamentals of Digital Marketing) is a plus. While not required, experience in SEO with 1-3 years in the field and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console would be beneficial. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for improving website performance. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask, self-motivate, and quickly learn new tools and techniques. Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required).
