Key Responsibilities:

SEO Responsibilities (Primary)

Perform keyword research and identify SEO opportunities. Optimize website pages with SEO-friendly content, meta titles, and descriptions. Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance analytics. Conduct competitor analysis and find improvement areas. Optimize YouTube videos with proper tags, titles, and descriptions. Coordinate with content and web teams to implement SEO strategies. Track monthly SEO performance and prepare reports.

Reels & Content Creation Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create trending reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Work with video editors and cinematographers to visualize shot ideas. Write short scripts, hooks, captions, and creative ideas for social content. Ensure reels follow brand tone, style, and marketing goals. Research trends and generate ideas that increase engagement. Assist in planning shoot ideas for quick and engaging video content.

Coordination & Team Support

Work closely with video editors, designers, and marketing team. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO + social reach. Maintain weekly/monthly content calendars.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of

SEO basics & tools

(Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ubersuggest). Strong understanding of

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & trending formats

. Basic video editing knowledge (optional but preferred). Ability to think creatively and visually. Good writing skills for hooks, captions, and scripts. Understanding of keywords, meta tags, and SEO writing. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in

Visual Communication, Media, Marketing, Mass Communication

, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in SEO / Content / Digital Marketing. Experience in a media or video production company is a plus.
