Infynd is seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social content that engages audiences, builds brand awareness, and supports marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends, content, and performance analytics.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals, reels, carousels, and stories.
Monitor daily activity across platforms and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement.
Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social).
Track and report social media KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, and follower growth.
Run social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Assist in influencer outreach and brand collaborations when required.
Requirements 2-5 years of experience in managing social media for brands or startups (internships included). Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. Creative thinker with hands-on experience in content creation, writing captions, and basic visual storytelling. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social, Meta Business Suite). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong eye for detail, design, and tone appropriate to brand voice. Ability to work collaboratively with design, content, and marketing teams. Passion for social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes. Analytical mindset to interpret and report social media KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.). Prior experience in running paid campaigns, influencer outreach, or brand collaborations is a bonus.
