Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented designer to join our design team. You will contribute to creating high-quality visuals across digital and print platforms, ensuring all work aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Contribution:
Assist in developing design concepts and ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
Design Execution:
Create, review, and refine visuals for social media, websites, branding, print, and marketing materials.
Client Support:
Present design ideas, incorporate feedback, and help deliver work that meets client expectations.
Vendor Coordination:
Support coordination with external agencies and printers for timely delivery of artwork.
Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on design trends and tools, contributing fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency.
Professionalism & Ownership:
Ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for assigned design tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree/Diploma/Certification in Design/Video Editing (B.Des, M.Des, or equivalent).
1-5+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced Digital Marketing environment.
Portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, video, reels and campaign work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro/Video Editing is a plus).
Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Understanding of print production processes is a plus.
