Job Description

We are hiring a senior SEO & AIEO (AI Engine Optimization) expert for an in-office role in Mohali. The candidate must have a

minimum of 5 years of proven experience

in achieving top organic rankings and driving consistent search growth for websites. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across on-page and off-page SEO, along with a solid understanding of AI-driven search platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute advanced SEO & AIEO strategies to achieve top rankings Lead on-page optimization including content, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture Own off-page SEO including link acquisition, authority building, and digital PR Conduct technical SEO audits and work closely with developers on fixes Optimize content for AI-powered search and answer engines (AIEO) Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and AI search evolution

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Experience with AIEO, entity SEO, and optimizing for AI-driven search results Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Proven ability to rank in competitive keywords and niches Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
