Lead the coordination of apprenticeship training activities with establishments, TPAs, and candidates.
Oversee onboarding, registration, and contract execution processes in line with government norms.
Monitor training progress, ensure timely assessments, and maintain documentation accuracy.
2. Compliance & Process Management
Ensure adherence to MSDE/NSDC/DSDE guidelines and internal compliance frameworks.
Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and data required for reporting and certification.
Support policy interpretation and provide guidance to stakeholders on procedural matters.
3. Revenue & Operations Management
Facilitate timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation for apprenticeship projects.
Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and fund flow.
Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving revenue and performance targets.
4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, establishments, and TPAs.
Represent the Apprenticeship Division in official meetings, workshops, and forums.
Provide continuous support to stakeholders to enhance engagement and retention in apprenticeship programs.
5. Outreach & Awareness
Plan and execute awareness campaigns, promotional events, and workshops to expand program adoption.
Collaborate with the communications team for digital and print outreach materials.
Conduct orientation sessions for employers, training partners, and candidates.
6. Monitoring & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and report progress data to management and government bodies.
Identify challenges and propose process improvements for operational efficiency.
Contribute to strategic reviews and policy discussions within the division.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and management information systems.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in apprenticeship, skill development, training operations, or public sector projects.
Strong understanding of the Apprenticeship Act, NAPS/NATS framework, and government compliance processes.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and field coordination.
