We are hiring

Student Counselors

for our Wayanad - Muttil Branch. Experienced candidates are preferred, but

freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for overseas education counseling are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on suitable study destinations, universities, and courses based on academic profiles and interests. Assist students throughout the end-to-end process: profile assessment, applications, documentation, visa filing, and pre-departure guidance. Provide accurate and updated information regarding tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and admission requirements. Ensure consistent follow-ups with student inquiries and support conversion of inquiries into enrollments. Stay updated on admission and visa procedures for major destinations like the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. Maintain proper student records and update the internal database regularly. Coordinate with internal teams (Admissions, Visa, Marketing) to ensure smooth and timely processing. Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events as required.

Requirements:

Experienced candidates:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in overseas education counseling preferred.

Freshers:

Must have

excellent communication skills

and willingness to learn. Training will be provided. Good understanding of international admission and visa processes (for experienced candidates). Strong interpersonal, presentation, and counseling skills. Ability to meet targets and manage student cases efficiently. Basic computer proficiency preferred. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
