Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including proficiency in client relationship management and crafting sales strategies.
Technical understanding of product specifications, with an ability to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build trust and facilitate collaborations with diverse stakeholders.
Proven managerial and teamwork capabilities to lead sales teams and work cross-functionally with technical and project teams.
Experience in the manufacturing or writing instrument industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a relevant field; an advanced degree or technical sales certifications are an advantage.
