Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our presence on Instagram and other key platforms, driving engagement, and boosting sales through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, reels, stories, videos, ads). Manage Instagram Shop and other social commerce features to increase direct sales. Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads optional) to drive conversions. Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize strategies for growth. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for consistent branding.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of Instagram growth strategies, trends, and algorithms. Experience with social media advertising and sales-focused campaigns. Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer. Ability to track KPIs and deliver measurable results.
