The Senior/Principal IT Support Engineer will provide second level support to end users based in multiple locations worldwide. You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads. Core tasks are to look after operational tickets, build laptops and document processes but you may be asked to assist with (some) project delivery.
