Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and architectural design. Troubleshoot performance issues, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to system optimization and refactoring efforts. * Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance the product's scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
