Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offers End to End business process and analytics solutions. OGBS currently offers its solutions in 6 Platforms: Finance, Supply Chain, People services, Risk & Market Compliance, Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Job Summary

Digital Olam is a brand-new group with the energy, drive, and brave thinking attitude that is needed to bring innovation to Olam. Our job is to accelerate the impact of digital transformation by partnering closely with our business units, we prototype ideas, test them in real business scenarios, and quickly adapt the solution. Combining data science, human-centered design, and the latest rapid development techniques-such as agile, micro services and DevOps-we help Olam deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses. • Understand the requirement from the business or from colleague and convert into web applications.
• Understand existing functionality and code and able to implement new feature and bug fixes.
• Develop applications using .Net, .Net Core, Web API, Dapper, Entity Framework, Angular 9, SQL Server, MySQL, etc
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code and documents
• Perform extensive software testing and stringent quality checks as per the QC guidelines to ensure an error free as well as optimum final product to the user
• Test the dashboards on different web browsers, servers and OS to ensure a standard user experience for the clients across all platforms
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Profile Description

• Graduate/Post-graduate in Computer Science/Computer Applications with 4-8 years of experience in .Net Framework and Angular 9.
• Strong knowledge of Web Application development.
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server and general Database concepts, very good in SQL, TSQL
• Experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Must have completed at least 2 Web Applications end to end
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills
