Job Responsibilities

You will participate in the development of larger modules which may also include requirements analysis, architectural design, or detailed design tasks.

You will operate independently to contribute to the development of new approaches and techniques.

You will participate in short term planning of engineering projects and programs.

You will execute development tasks on projects and will test to guarantee the technical quality of the solution and handle security vulnerabilities.

You will gather and analyze customer requirements.

You will be responsible for the analysis and determination of overall software design tradeoffs on a project.

You will be responsible for conducting, leading, and coordinating software development activities.

You will define and ensure the best solutions architecture and design in working with the development team and project manager.

You will streamline integration across projects, including task definitions, decomposition, and planning to ensure alignment of Thales best practices.

Contribute innovative ideas for technical improvements and business opportunities.

Be updated with industry trends, IT ops, and industry best practices, and able to identify the ones we should implement

Job Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or related discipline

3-12 years of experience in software development.

Strong .NET design & development hands-on experience using \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft latest technology stack (.net core, MVC, C#, web-forms, API\xe2\x80\x99s, etc) and going to be responsible for analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support for various client-server web applications

Knowledge of Microservices, Dockers, Containers with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or any other cloud platform

You must have a solid understanding of .Net framework internals.

Understanding and experience with relational databases and other components for full solution development such as infrastructure and middleware components.

AWS/Azure/GCP services experience.

It would be preferred if you have: experience with JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3, Node JS, Express, SCSS.

Understanding of database fundamentals, working experience on PostgreSQL will be an added advantage

Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, etc
