Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Automate deployments, backups, and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term stability improvements
• Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical environments
• Collaborate with development and QA to deliver smooth release cycles
• Enforce and audit infrastructure-level security best practices

Must-Have Experience

• 5 to 8 years of DevOps experience (not just system admin or support)
• Proven hands-on ownership of AWS infrastructure
• Strong experience with Terraform (or equivalent IaC tools)
• Proficiency in Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes setups
• Real-world CI/CD implementation from scratch
• Strong understanding of networking, IAM, and security in cloud
• Experience with monitoring/alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently under high trust

• Those without meaningful hands-on AWS and DevOps experience
• Freshers or those looking to transition into DevOps for the first time
