Should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members. Will be responsible for critical client retention, adoption, renewals and increase ARPU per client. Review Sales Reports, leads generated, conversions, etc. Demonstrated ability to crack newer accounts and penetrate the market. Build solid and successful relationships with current and potential customers. Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for strategic accounts.
