Role Summary

We are hiring a

Senior Zoho CRM Architect / Developer / Implementer

to

design, build, and document a production-grade CRM system

that supports

multiple business entities, service lines, and client journeys under a single Zoho organization

.

You will be responsible for

architecture decisions

, not just execution.

This system must be:

Scalable Secure Automation-driven Safe for use by virtual assistants Easy to maintain long-term
Non-Negotiable ResponsibilitiesZoho Architecture (Mandatory)

Design

multi-entity CRM architecture

within one Zoho org Define clear separation logic using modules, layouts, pipelines, and permissions Prevent cross-entity data leakage Design reporting that works per entity and consolidated
Advanced Automation (Mandatory)

Build complex workflows with

conditional logic

Implement

Blueprints

that control deal progression Automate task creation, lead routing, and follow-ups Use

Deluge scripting

where native workflows are insufficient
Integrations (Mandatory)

Integrate Zoho CRM with: Websites & lead capture forms Email systems (Zoho or external) WhatsApp or messaging platforms Document generation and e-sign tools Experience with

Zoho Flow and APIs

Governance & Documentation (Mandatory)

Implement role-based access control (RBAC) Lock down system to prevent accidental workflow changes Deliver

5+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM implementation experience

Proven experience designing

multi-pipeline and multi-entity CRM systems

Strong working knowledge of: Zoho CRM internals Blueprints Advanced workflows Deluge scripting Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into CRM logic Experience working in

contract / remote environments

Comfortable owning architecture decisions independently
