Role Overview





CX Insights and Analytics Consultant delivering for our Europe based customer with a strong focus on transforming social data into actionable brand and customer experience intelligence. Leverage expertise in brand marketing, consumer insights, and digital analytics to elevate enterprise decision-making and measurable market impact.

Key Responsibilities



Identify

and D

rive Strategic Insights


Develop categorization models and topic clusters and translate listening data into brand, marketing, and customer experience strategies for European enterprise clients.

Lead Discovery & Solution Design


Define multi-market listening frameworks aligned to brand architecture: topics, themes, campaign segmentation, governance, and measurement KPIs.

Develop Social Insights & Visualization Solutions


Build dashboards, campaign reporting, and unified analytics to support marketing performance and brand health tracking.

Sentiment & Trend Analysis


Apply advanced methodologies for brand reputation monitoring, emerging trend identification, and competitive bench-marking.

Executive Engagement & Storytelling


Present insights narratives to senior stakeholders, focusing on business outcomes, risk mitigation, and growth opportunities.

Training & Enablement


Train marketing, CX, and insights teams on Sprinklr capabilities, workflow adoption, and best practices.

Governance & Project Ownership


Manage delivery excellence including QA, documentation, and hyper-care.

Commercial Support


Partner with sales to deliver compelling demos, value cases, and proof-of-concept insights for prospective clients.


Requirements

Requirements





MBA or Masters in Brand Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Digital Strategy, or related field 5 years of experience in: + Consumer and market insights
+ Brand tracking and campaign measurement
+ Digital or social media analytics
+ Previous experience with European customers is a plus

Strong understanding of brand positioning, communication effectiveness, and loyalty drivers Experience presenting to senior business leaders and cross-functional teams Ability to work with clients in the European Time Zone

Technical & Analytical Skills





Proficiency in social listening/insights and analytics platforms Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Advanced Excel/statistical analysis for customer and brand insights Understanding of social APIs and data integration fundamentals Ability to run QA accuracy checks and ensure governance compliance
