Come join our team! The Senior Workday Integration Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert in all Workday integrations across the organization. This role is a key member of our vital team dedicated to optimizing our Workday system to its fullest potential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain system integrations within Workday Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and setup new integrations Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring Perform routing break/fix support for integration interfaces Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests Consult with internal team members and departments about interface designs and maintenance; collaborate with other technical leads on design decisions Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements Be part of the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects Overall accountability for data governance, security and compliance Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities Configure, maintain and advise on security setups within Workday. This includes domain security policies, roles and role assignments Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy Understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards Lead proof of security controls during internal and external audits

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes and the use of ETL tools such as Informatica Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad) Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) Strong technical experience with XML and Java Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data related inquiries Strong experience with interface, networking, and data warehousing technologies, as well as design, relational database technologies, and performance tuning Understand basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering or related technical discipline)
or equivalent combination of training and work experience
5+ years of experience in interface architecture
