Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive WordPress websites. Build, customize, and extend

WordPress themes and plugins

to meet project requirements. Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD/XD) into fully functional WordPress websites with pixel-perfect precision. Implement and customize

WooCommerce

for eCommerce projects, including product setup, payment gateways, and advanced customizations. Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve WordPress-related issues, compatibility problems, and complex functionality challenges. Integrate APIs, third-party services, and custom solutions into WordPress projects. Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness for all websites. Collaborate with designers, content teams, and project managers to deliver projects on time and at the highest quality.
Requirements

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer

with a strong portfolio of custom theme and plugin development. Expertise in

PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

. Strong experience with

WooCommerce development and customization

. Hands-on experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg). Good understanding of MySQL database management and optimization. Knowledge of

SEO principles

and technical site optimization. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have

Experience with

headless WordPress

(React/Next.js). Knowledge of REST API development and integrations. Basic graphic design or image editing skills. Experience with performance monitoring and security best practices.
