We are seeking a skilled Senior WordPress & Shopify Developer with strong experience in custom theme development, plugin/app development, and advanced coding. The ideal candidate should be expert in PHP, MySQL, Shopify Liquid, and modern front-end technologies, capable of building secure, fast, and scalable websites on both platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Build and modify Shopify themes using Liquid.
Write clean, secure, and optimized PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
Customize WordPress using hooks, filters, CPTs, and REST API.
Handle Shopify integrations, app setup, and custom functionalities.
Optimize site performance and database speed.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across WordPress and Shopify.
Follow best practices for security, performance, and SEO.
Use Git for version control.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in WordPress development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and WordPress architecture.
Experience with Shopify theme development and Liquid.
Proficient in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with APIs, integrations, and performance optimization.
Familiar with server environments (cPanel, WHM, VPS).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
