Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Web Team Lead with 5+ years of experience to guide a small team of web developers. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in WordPress and capable of handling client communications, task allocation, and basic project planning. Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding domain is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small team of WordPress developers.

Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide timely updates

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Maintain documentation and ensure the team follows best practices.

Take ownership of end-to-end project execution from client interaction to final delivery.

Collaborate with the sales team for proposals and technical inputs.

Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Ensure quality, performance, and security standards are followed.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with WordPress.

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Basic knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and deployment.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Basic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Exposure to the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Basic project management or client-handling experience.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving attitude and team-oriented approach.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
