Position Overview

We are seeking a

highly skilled and autonomous WordPress Developer

with

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in UI/UX implementation, advanced Elementor utilization, and custom WordPress development. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in

converting complex Figma/PSD designs

into fully functional, pixel-perfect, and responsive WordPress websites from scratch. This role requires the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion independently.

Key Responsibilities

As a WordPress Developer at SeekNEO, you will be expected to:

Develop and customize

professional WordPress websites utilizing

Elementor Pro

and other modern, performance-driven page builders.

Architect and implement

pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress solutions by accurately converting PSD and Figma designs into bespoke themes.

Build robust, custom themes, templates, and plugins

tailored to unique project functional and aesthetic requirements.

Collaborate closely

with the design team to ensure seamless and flawless UI/UX implementation across all projects.

Optimize websites

for exceptional speed, performance, search engine efficiency (SEO), and conversion rates.

Manage end-to-end project execution

independently, efficiently handling multiple projects while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and promptly resolve

WordPress core, plugin, or theme-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of proven, dedicated experience

in professional WordPress development.

Expert proficiency

in

Elementor (and its Pro features)

, modern

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.

Strong understanding

of custom theme development, WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, and best coding practices. Demonstrated experience in applying

UI/UX design principles

and best practices to web development projects. Proven ability to handle

end-to-end project execution

independently, from initial design conversion to final deployment. Comprehensive knowledge of

responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility,

and technical

SEO optimization.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

Experience developing with

WooCommerce

for e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with website hosting environments, domain setup, cPanel, and database management. Basic understanding of

version control systems (Git)

and deployment workflows.
