The company is passionate about helping people get the best out of their online business. : We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer who is passionate about web development and can transform creative concepts into functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to implement and maintain WordPress websites for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our client\'s online presence. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites for clients, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and responsive. Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to implement design concepts into WordPress themes. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including bugs, performance, and security concerns. Install and configure WordPress plugins and themes, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Optimize website speed and performance through caching, image optimization, and other techniques. Collaborate with SEO experts to ensure websites are search engine friendly and optimized for performance. Create custom WordPress themes and plugins when necessary to meet client requirements. Conduct website updates, including content and image changes, and ensure that websites are up to date. Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices. Provide technical support to clients and address their WordPress-related inquiries. Manage website backups and implement disaster recovery plans. Qualifications: 2+ years experience in WordPress Development Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development. Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Sketch). Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce) is a plus.
