Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain advanced WordPress websites and custom themes/plugins. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to translate designs and requirements into functional websites. Customize and extend WordPress functionality using PHP, JavaScript (React/JS/jQuery), HTML5, and CSS3. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility. Manage site migrations, security implementations, and troubleshooting/debugging. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers. Stay current with new web technologies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in WordPress development. Expert-level knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugin development. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs. Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with modern build tools and workflow automation (Webpack, Gulp, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and project management skills.
