Role Overview

We are seeking a

technically exceptional Web Developer

to join us on a freelance basis.

Please Note:

This is

not

a web design role. We do not need theme customization or basic visual edits. We are looking for a heavy-hitter engineer who understands the deep architecture of the web. Our primary mandates are

extreme performance optimization

(speed) and

integrating AI capabilities

into our infrastructure. You will be responsible for the code logic, server-side efficiency, and technical scalability of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Speed Optimization:

Audit and rewrite code to maximize Core Web Vitals. Implement caching strategies (Redis/Varnish), optimize database queries, and minimize load times to the absolute limit.

AI Integration:

Develop and deploy AI-driven features (e.g., LLM API integrations, chatbots, recommendation engines, or automated workflows).

Technical Architecture:

Manage server configurations (AWS/DigitalOcean/Google Cloud), DNS, CDNs, and security protocols.

Backend Logic:

Write clean, scalable, and secure code (Python/Node.js/PHP/Go) to support complex business functions.

Troubleshooting:

Deep debugging of technical issues that standard designers cannot solve.

Qualifications

Deep Technical Knowledge:

You must understand how the internet works at a protocol level (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS).

Full-Stack Proficiency:

Expert knowledge of backend languages (Node.js, Python, or PHP) and frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) withoutrelying on page builders.

Database Management:

Strong SQL or NoSQL skills.

API Expertise:

Experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

Problem Solver:

Ability to reverse-engineer problems and provide structural solutions.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Vector Databases (for AI memory). Knowledge of OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and LangChain. Experience with headless CMS architectures.
