Lancers' key services include - Corporate Intelligence, Due Diligence, Brand Protection, Security Audits, Security & Investigations Management Training, Fraud Investigations & Mitigation, Asset Tracking, Background Screening, Litigation Support, Crisis Response and Country Risk Advisories.Job briefWe are looking for a Senior Web Developer to build and maintain functional web pages and applications as we are in expansion mode of our BGC (Background Verification )Business. We got our Workflow Application developed through a 3rd party.Are currently looking for resource(s) as Senior Web Developer responsibilities include: Lead the enhancement of application Lead any new development that needs to be done Lead maintenance, modification, and troubleshooting of the application Lead the organization's vision for automation of BGC and other servicesResponsibilities

• Identify user and system requirements for websites and applications
• Prioritize software development projects, set timelines
• Create wireframes to decide on layout
• Write or review code for various applications
• Run functionality testing and debug code
• Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
• Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date

Requirements and skills

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field, should belongs risk consulting / BGV / BGV /Background verification firm or industry
• Work experience as a Senior Web Developer / Web App Developer / Full Stack Developer
• Expertise in at least one programming language, knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools
• Understanding of security practices
• Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
