Senior Visualizer

to join our Pune team. This role demands a strong visual imagination, a keen understanding of branding, and the ability to transform concepts into visually striking designs. You'll work closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to bring brand stories to life across multiple mediums.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute creative designs for branding, digital campaigns, print ads, social media, and outdoor media. Translate briefs into impactful visual ideas that resonate with the brand's identity and target audience. Collaborate with the copy, strategy, and client servicing teams to develop holistic campaign ideas. Take ownership of design output and ensure high-quality execution with attention to detail and timelines. Guide junior designers/visualizers and provide creative direction where needed. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques, and actively incorporate fresh ideas into work. Work on multiple brands across sectors, maintaining their unique visual languages. #

Key Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, branding, digital creatives, and visual storytelling. Excellent visual and aesthetic sense with typography, layout, and color balance. Ability to think conceptually and execute creatively under tight deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills. #

Nice to Have

Motion graphics or basic animation/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of UI/UX principles for web and app layouts. Experience working on 360 campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital). #
