Job Description

Role Purpose

The Senior Visualizer is responsible for leading visual ideation, translating brand and business strategies into compelling visual concepts, and ensuring high creative quality across all branding and marketing outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead visual concept development for campaigns, brand initiatives, and corporate communication Convert briefs into strong visual directions, layouts, and key creatives Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across digital and print platforms Review, refine, and approve design outputs from Graphic Designers and Junior Designers Mentor and guide junior creative team members Coordinate closely with marketing, content, and business teams Ensure creative quality, consistency, and adherence to timelines Work with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required

Qualification & Experience

Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

5-8 years

of hands-on design and visualization experience Experience in corporate, healthcare, or multi-brand environments preferred

Core Skills & Expertise

Expert proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Strong visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and layout design Deep understanding of branding, typography, colour psychology, and composition Knowledge of print production and digital platform standards Ability to translate abstract ideas into strong visual executions

Preferred / Value-Add Skills

Basic understanding of motion graphics or video direction Experience in campaign-led branding or rebranding projects Ability to create and enforce brand guidelines
