ey Responsibilities

Concept Development & Design

? Collaborate with the Creative Head, Editors, and Designers to understand project

objectives.

? Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content including illustrations, visual

references, and on-screen text.

? Translate creative briefs into strong visual narratives aligned with branding guidelines.

Visual Storytelling & Execution

? Develop visual treatments, moodboards, and style frames for videos and campaigns.

? Integrate stock footage references, graphics, and typography seamlessly into

storytelling.

? Ensure consistency in color schemes, typography, and design elements across

deliverables.

AI Tools & Innovation

? Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Sora, etc.) to accelerate

workflows and enhance creative output.

? Explore generative AI applications to push visual storytelling boundaries.

? Stay updated on emerging creative technologies and propose innovative approaches.

Collaboration & Feedback

? Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual directions.

? Refine and revise visuals based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring timely delivery.

? Work closely with the video production team to integrate visuals seamlessly into edits.

Project Management

? Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality.

? Deliver assets on time while ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision.

? Maintain organized project files and adhere to version control best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred,

not mandatory).

Experience:

? Proven work experience as a Visualiser, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative

role.

? Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and concept

development.

? Experience in video production and familiarity with production workflows.

Skills:

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and design tools.

? Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and design

principles.

? Strong communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).

? Ability to interpret briefs, translate ideas visually, and collaborate with

cross-functional teams.

? Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Technical Knowledge:

? Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools.

? Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or video editing (preferred).

? Understanding of digital marketing and social media design trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
