Wexe2x80x99re looking for a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and high-quality motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand's vision and values. Your expertise will drive our digital presence and marketing initiatives, from social media/ event campaigns to impactful presentations and video content. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including the product team and sales team to develop engaging pitch decks, product promotional videos, and other marketing materials that drive business growth.What Youxe2x80x99ll DoGraphic Design

• Develop visually engaging illustrations, graphics, and layouts for social media, web, and print materials.
• Design high-quality, professional PowerPoint decks aligned with our brand identity.
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing materials across all channels (ATL/BTL/PR/others).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, customer success, HR, ops) to conceptualise and execute design strategies.
• Work closely with the product and sales teams to create compelling pitch decks and promotional materials.

Motion Design (including but not limited to Video Design & Editing)

• Create captivating motion graphics and animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Develop and enhance video content with engaging visual elements to improve storytelling and audience engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team and product team to deliver high-quality motion design projects within tight deadlines.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and visual storytelling.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Design Lead from time to time.

QualificationsQualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• Diploma/Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or related field(s) highly preferred
• 3xe2x80x935 years of graphic and motion design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech, with a strong portfolio of static and dynamic content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Bonus: Experience with Figma or UI/UX tools; background in payments or global commerce.
• Comfortable and skilled in working independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment(s) while maintaining brand standards with tight deadlines.
• Advantageous: Available with one (1) month or shorter notice
